We met Biblical Home at a conference in FL. I thought I packed everything I needed to keep my kids busy, but I didn’t. The day before I met Biblical Home, I had been at walmart and ALMOST bought some playdough for my youngest child. My husband reminded me of the smell and the mess, so I sadly put the play dough back on the shelf. The very next day, I visited the Biblical Home booth, and they had homemade play dough. Bonus - with a tray, a rolling pin, and utensils. I was so excited because it smelled WAY better than store bought play dough, and came with the necessities to keep things tidy! It was the best and most helpful purchase we made that week! It kept my daughter busy for much of our 24 hour car ride home. Definitely a family we are so happy to support!

Thank you for these beautiful old-world candles. The first night we had them in our home, we lit them at the dinner table. With 4 kids, dinner is usually chaotic, some nights far worse than others. With every light on in the dining room, the china cabinet, the lamps, the fish tank, the sun coming into the back window, I guess i didn't realize that the ever present overwhelming amount of light was illuminating our focus, not on one another, but on the distracting world and lives around us. Its blinding gaze shone upon all that occupied our anxieties, our to-do lists, what needed cleaned, what needed put away, and what awaited us as soon as our last bite of dinner was consumed. I find myself personally thinking about the cleanup process of the dinner table and kitchen long before I've finished our meal together. But we lit our candles, and the change was palpable. Dining around candles centers our focus on one another. It provides beauty and a magic glow to our table and food. It illuminates smiling and calm faces around the table and it allows us to see each other more beautifully. By calming our hearts and our minds, a simple 2 candles have transformed dinner from chaos to calm. We have 4 kids so it's not bulletproof, but it helps and it is beautiful. I have known this family for years, and what they are doing is absolutely phenomenal . Their genuine handmade merchandise is made with love and care.
